The above photo was taken several years ago when a pair of Mourning
Doves made a nest in our side yard. Her baby ended up growing quite
large so I nicknamed him "Baby Huey".
This year they have a nest nearby but not in their usual spot on the side of our house.
I know they are nearby as they come to dine several times a day under my feeders.
